We collect information when you create an account or use Offermio. We also collect information contained in the posts you send through our Platform. 

Information you provide to Offermio
For certain activities, like when you register or upload content to the Offermio Platform, we require information:
•Registration information, such as username and password, language, and email or phone number
•Profile information, including all the registration information.
•User-generated content, including text, photographs videos, and video links that you choose to create with or upload to the Offermio Platform. 
•Payment information, including payment card numbers or other third-party payment information (such as PayPal) where required for the purpose of payment. Payments are proceeded throught paypal and the Bank merchants. So we do not save your card number. 
•Your location, only when you give us access.
•Your Personal Advertisement Preferences. So you see targeted posts.
•We can ask for information to verify an account such as proof of identity or age 
•Information in correspondence you send to us

Information we obtain from other sources
We may receive the information described in this Privacy Policy from other sources, such as:
Social Media and Login Services. We do not collect any kind of that data.
You login to our platform with your email and password.
Third-Party Services. We do not collect information about you from third-party services, such as advertising partners, data providers, and analytics providers.
Other Users of the Platform. We do not get any information from other users about you.
Other Sources. We do not collect information about you from other publicly available sources.

Information we collect automatically
We automatically collect certain information from you when you use the Platform, including internet or other network activity information such as your IP address geolocation-related.

Usage Information
We collect information regarding your use of the Platform and any other User Content that you generate through or upload to our Platform. 

Location data
We use information about your approximate location, including location information based on your IP address. With your permission, we may also collect precise location data (such as GPS).
We do not track you. We do not keep copies of your location.
Your location is used only if you are in a specific radius where a post is live and you follow that specific category that belongs to it.

Image Information
We may collect information about the images your select to upload to our platform.

We collect and process, which includes scanning and analyzing, information you provide when you compose a post.
That information includes the content of the text and the image.

When you upload or create User Content, you automatically upload certain metadata that is connected to the User Content. Metadata describes other data and provides information about your User Content that will not always be evident to the viewer. In connection with your User Content the metadata can describe how, when, where, and by whom the piece of User Content was created, collected, or modified and how that content is formatted. It also includes information, such as your account name, that enables other users to trace back the User Content to your user account. 

Our app does not use Cookies for now. 

How we use your information
As explained below, we use your information to improve, support and administer the Offermio Platform, to allow you to use its functionalities, and to fulfill and to make sure it complies with the Offermio Terms. 
We generally use the information we collect:
•To guard the integrity of our platform
•To check if any advertisement is not in violation with our Offermio Terms or Offermio Privacy Policy.
•To improve and develop our Platform and conduct product development
•To help us detect abuse, fraud, and illegal activity on the Platform
•To prove your identity in order to be able to post an advertisement when you have signed up as an Offermio Business
•To communicate with you, including to notify you about changes in our services
•To enforce our terms, conditions, and policies
•Consistent with your permissions, to provide you with location-based services, such as the push notification option.
•For any other purposes disclosed to you at the time we collect your information or pursuant to your consent.

How we share your information
We do not share your information with any other company or person outside Offermio. 

How do we protect your information?
An external PCI compliant payment gateway handles all CC transactions.
We use regular Malware Scanning.

Third-party disclosure
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your Personally Identifiable Information.

We do not include or offer third-party products or services on our website.

Google's advertising requirements can be summed up by Google's Advertising Principles. They are put in place to provide a positive experience for users.

We also agree to the Individual Redress Principle which requires that individuals have the right to legally pursue enforceable rights against data collectors and processors who fail to adhere to the law. This principle requires not only that individuals have enforceable rights against data users, but also that individuals have recourse to courts or government agencies to investigate and/or prosecute non-compliance by data processors.
